About UBMurdaTV
Our History
UBMurdaTV began in 2004 as a personal outlet for one independent creator's passion for hip-hop culture, music production, and digital media. What started as a small collection of mixtapes and beats shared with friends has grown, over more than two decades, into a full creative platform spanning music, gaming, artwork, and community engagement. Through the evolution of digital music distribution — from early file-sharing communities to modern streaming and AI-assisted production tools — UBMurdaTV has remained committed to the same core idea: give fans a genuine, independently produced alternative to mainstream, corporate-driven content.
Over the years the platform has expanded far beyond its original scope. What began as simple mixtape curation now includes original instrumental production, AI-assisted music experiments, gameplay content, custom artwork and design, and a library of creator resources built for fans, collaborators, and other independent artists.
Our Purpose
UBMurdaTV exists to give hip-hop culture, fan-made creativity, and independent production a professional home. We believe that creativity shouldn't be gated behind major labels or corporate approval — fans and independent creators deserve a platform where entertainment, transparency, and respect for original artists can coexist. Every project on this site is built with that balance in mind: creative freedom paired with clear labeling of what is official, fan-made, or AI-assisted, and a genuine respect for the intellectual property of the artists who inspire our work.

Fan-Made Projects & Creator Resources
Many of the mixtapes, remixes, and tribute projects featured on UBMurdaTV are fan-made works created purely for entertainment purposes. Unless clearly stated otherwise, these projects are unofficial and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by the original artists, labels, or rights holders. We label every project clearly so visitors always know whether content is official, fan-made, or AI-assisted — see our Fan-Made Disclaimer for full details.
Alongside our content library, UBMurdaTV also shares creator resources — production notes, licensing information for instrumentals, and guidance for independent artists looking to build their own platforms the same way this one was built: one project at a time.
Our Mission
The mission behind UBMurdaTV is simple: make great fan-made and original content accessible while respecting the artists and rights holders who inspire it. Not gated behind paywalls, not diluted by algorithm-chasing, but honest creative work released for people who genuinely love music, gaming, and digital culture. Whether you're a longtime fan, a first-time visitor, or a fellow independent creator, this platform was built with you in mind.

Looking Ahead
UBMurdaTV will keep growing the same way it always has — one release, one project, one fan interaction at a time. Future plans include expanding the AI-assisted music catalog, growing the gaming and artwork libraries, and building more creator resources for independent artists. As the platform grows, our commitment to transparency, quality, and respect for original rights holders will remain unchanged.
